The Brazos Valley Fair & Exposition is dedicated to “Showcasing Agriculture, Education, & Youth to Enhance our Texas Culture”. The Brazos Valley Fair & Exposition is making a true impact on agriculture and education by providing Fairgoers with attractions that are not only entertaining, but also provide a variety of educational experiences for the public in agriculture and the rural way of life. The Scholarship program is an integral part of the educational impact of the Fair. The Fair is committed to providing funds for scholarships and other educational programs to educate the youth of Texas for future generations.

Olive Branch Eatery
Suzanne Plyer began her catering career fifteen years ago. In 2022, Downtown Corsicana, Texas, hosted a small business revolution event where Suzanne set up a pop-up to showcase her catering business. That’s when she fell in love with downtown and its charm; and decided to open a full restaurant and gift shop. She now offers wholesome meals featuring lo-carb, and even gluten-free breads on sandwiches, homemade soups, and fresh salads. The retail section carries unique gifts and fun treasures for all of the people in your life.

Michael Marks has always loved to cook for family, and in their family they all love tacos! Mike got his first food cart in 2019 and has expanded exponentially since. Opening multiple food trailers and becoming an official partner with Texas A&M athletics for concessions at TAMU football, baseball, and soccer games. Raging Bull Street Tacos was voted Best of the Brazos Valley, Best Food Truck, 2024, and they specialize in catering for business events, special occasions, community organizations, and more!
