Sweet Bull Creamery

Mike and Darcy Marks already have a massively successful taco truck business, voted the #1 Taco Truck in the Best of the Brazos Valley 2024 contest, Raging Bull Street Tacos. And now they’ve gone and done it again! They just launched their newest venture, an ice cream truck.

Sweet Bull Creamery, based in College Station, Texas, is an adorable ice cream truck that is fully stocked with soft serve, shell coatings, and a variety of toppings like candies, cookies, and more. Order in a cup or a crisp waffle cone, this sweet treat truck is the perfect way to cool off this summer.

Mike said the idea came to him because so many of the caterings that he scheduled also requested dessert, but the Ragin Bull trailers just didn’t have the capacity. So when this truck became available, he knew this needed to be his next step. Now he can offer everything a bride-to-be, event planner, or corporate meeting scheduler needs: a full meal and dessert, too.

You’ll be able to catch Sweet Bull at local events, and contact them for catering, but you’d better hurry, they’re already booking up well into the fall.

Vanilla ice cream with Oreos & gummy worms

There’s nothing like getting to be a part of an event, hanging out with cool people, and then enjoying a cool, creamy ice cream treat. I ordered the cup, because let's face it, ya girl is messy, with Oreos and gummy worms. If I’m eating ice cream, I want all the goodies. Note to self: next time add mini marshmallows too!

So if you’re looking for the hottest new cool down, make sure you’re following their Facebook page, because this truck won’t be rolling down your neighborhood street. And when you get to try them, make sure you let your inner kid run free, you’ll be glad you did!
